New Pulte Homes, Decorated Model Coming to Walkable SayeBrook in 2023

MYRTLE BEACH, SC (Dec. 27, 2022) — Pulte Homes continues to expand in Myrtle Beach with coastal-inspired homes in SayeBrook, a community of tree-lined streets designed to favor a small town with walkable dining options, shopping and top-notch amenities, under three miles to the Atlantic Ocean.

Pulte expects to complete a professionally decorated model home and begin to open sales in early spring 2023. For prospective buyers with a limited timeframe, quick move-in homes will be available in the first release, including some overlooking a central pond and protected woodlands.

SayeBrook will offer seven Pulte single-family floorplans, with choices ranging from two to five bedrooms and up to four baths. One- or two-car detached garages will be available.

Designed to encourage a social active lifestyle, the 730-acre community features the central 9-acre SayeBrook Park and 4,000-square foot Meeting House with gathering spaces and a kitchen. Planned outdoor amenities include a resort-style pool and covered pavilion, pickleball and bocce courts, fire pit, playground, and community lawn.

The two-story 2,800 square-foot Ravenwood features front porches on both floors. The owner’s suite and laundry room are on the first level along with the gathering room and generous kitchen, everyday eating area and formal dining room for special occasions. The second floor offers three additional bedrooms as well as a game room and loft area, perfect for homework or a home office.

Horry County schools include Lakewood Elementary; Socastee Middle located within walking distance; and Socastee High. Horry County Technical College campus is within four miles and Coastal Carolina University is within 10 miles. SayeBrook is within walking distance to South Strand Medical Center Hospital and seven miles from the airport.
