Pulte Homes - Opening Eagle Run with Select Homesites on Crow Creek Golf Course
CALABASH, N.C. (Dec. 2, 2020) — Pulte Homes is gearing up for the new year with the January release of the first homesites in Eagle Run, a community of single-family homes that skirt the scenic fairways and waterways of Crow Creek Golf Club.
A selection of golf course and pond homesites will be among the first to be released and buyers can choose from seven one- and two-story home designs. Located within Carolina Shores and minutes from the quaint fishing village of Calabash, Eagle Run is within easy access to beaches, fishing and boating, with prices starting in the low $200,000’s.
Pulte expects to build about 300 homes and resort-style amenities in Eagle Run, including a zero-entry swimming pool and Baja deck for sunning, firepit area and pickleball courts.
Open concept floorplans range in size from two to five bedrooms and two to four baths. Beginning at 1,588 square feet up to more than 3,200 square feet, all feature the owner’s suite on the main and two-car garages.
Two professionally decorated model homes, representing both the Cypress and Palmetto collections, will be available to tour in mid-summer 2021. Overlooking the fairway, the Dunwoody Way will showcase an optional third bay garage perfect for a golf cart, workshop or storage. The single-story Morgan, with a generous owner’s suite and two additional bedrooms, overlooks the planned amenity park.

Opened in 2000, Crow Creek is the adjacent 18-hole public golf course with a challenging and fun layout. Designed by architect Rick Robbins, it has maintained the reputation for being one of the most immaculately maintained courses along the east coast.
