Pulte Community to Open on Intercoastal Waterway in March
MYRTLE BEACH, SC (Feb. 26 2024) — Crescent Cove, Pulte Homes newest community in Myrtle Beach, is expected to celebrate a Grand Opening in early March with the release of waterfront and woodland view homesites, the latest open concept floorplans to the Grand Strand and three coastal-inspired decorated models to tour.
Located alongside the Intracoastal Waterway, the affordable live-play community will feature a boat landing and 200-foot-long day dock where residents can grab a picnic and hop on a skiff to explore the scenic shoreline. Planned amenities also will include a resort-style swimming pool, sports courts and playground.
Homebuyers looking for new construction in Crescent Cove can choose from 10 single-family one-and-two story designs, with prices beginning in the mid-$300,000s. Roughly 400 homes are planned, ranging in size from 1,600 to 3,220 square feet of living space, with 2 to 5 bedrooms and 2 to 5 baths. All homes feature either a 2- or 3-car garage.
For those on a short timeframe, Pulte will offer a selection of Quick Move-In homes ready in time for early summer. Waterfront lots with the ability to add a private dock also will become available as the community progresses.

Pulte will showcase the popular two-story Hartwell as one of its three decorated model homes. The open floorplan features a first-floor owner’s suite, generous great room and cook’s kitchen with an oversized island. Crescent Cove is located on Socastee Blvd. in Myrtle Beach, less than a mile from Hwy 17 and three miles from Hwy 544 for a quick drive to Conway. It’s centrally located six miles from Myrtle Beach International Airport, the Atlantic Ocean, Broadway at the Beach and dining, shopping and entertainment in Market Common.
